Annual General Meeting of Servas Pakistan will be held on 18th of March 2012, 2 p.m. at Royal Beauty Parlor 263 Riwaz Garden opposite to PIA Planetarium Lahore.
Agenda of meeting:
- Printing of Host List
- Discussion about the design of the forthcoming elections of Servas Pakistan
- Discussion on Servas International General Assembly, to be held in Poland
- Review on the performance of previous year
- Participation of Servas Pakistan in different National and International events
- Announcement about new Youth Activities
All members are requested to attend the meeting and to respond on time.
Members are also requested to deposit the annual fee Rs. 500 for 2012 during the meeting.
