Greeting from Servas SCWA Coordinator.

I feel immense pleasure to announce the Servas SCWA Conference at Colombo Sri Lanka in December 2011.

This Conference will be held in our region after a long time, so my humble request is to please attend this event and make it a successful area conference. This is an open invitation for all Servas members & travelers.

Agenda

• Presentation of Servas National reports from individual countries after self introduction.
• Discussion on Servas Hosts & Servas Travelers qualities.
• Improvement of Host List printing & quality of information contained therein.
• Possibility of printing one consolidated host list covering the above countries in one single location & dispatch from the same location to cut down on costs.
• Support & Buddy assistance to the needy Servas SCWA member countries.
• Strengthen the Servas spirit & build up a good network in SCWA with special focus on democratic process in committee formations, greater transparency, dedication & commitment. 
• Maximum involvement of Servas Youth in National & International Servas activities.
• Solve the Servas Nepal dispute in priority & recognize a new board of Servas Nepal.
• Restoring member status of Servas Nepal & Bangladesh in SI & open Servas doors in Afghanistan, Maldives, Tajikistan, Bhutan & Turkmenistan.

Most of the countries do not need a visa for Sri Lanka but if you need a letter from Servas Sri Lanka for your visa process, please let me know so that I will arrange it for you.
Registration fee for the conference is US$80/- each person (include your accommodation, food "breakfast+lunch+supper+dinner" & Colombo site seeing during your stay.
