Requirements

• A copy of CNIC 
• 2 ID-card size photographs
• Duly filled membership form with member recommendation
• Joining fee Rs.5000*
• Annual fee Rs.1000*

After fulfilling the above mentioned criteria you can send your documents to the address written on the membership form.

i- Youth Members can obtain LOI (Letter of introduction) at half-price
ii- Joining fee is payable to "Servas Pakistan" through **

• Cheque (if you are located in Lahore)
• Demand Draft (for other nation-wide locations)
